Need some R & R…? Why not a B & B…?

Need some R & R…?  Why not a B & B…?

So, there are so many places to stay in Ocean City, NJ.  You can rent anything, anyplace or nothing at all.   Some prefer to rent a house and pack in the kids like sardines while some of us prefer a slower pace.  Our own Happy Place…A Bed & Breakfast.

A fabulous place to find refuge from the world is at The Scarborough Inn.  www.scarboroughinn.com

From the moment you set foot on the property, the smell of their gardens fills you with peace.

This B&B is not far from the beach.  It’s actually in the heart of OC but not on the main shopping corridor which is perfect to me.  You are right there yet removed from the heavy tourist places.  The owners are an amazing couple who have put their heart and soul into this tranquil place.  And, the staff make you feel at home from the moment you arrive.

But…this is my favorite part.

There’s a rocking chair with your name on it and a cool breeze waiting to rustle the pages of your book.  I’m ready for a day off.  How about you?

Why do pirates go on vacation?

To get some R & AaarrRgghhh……

I know you groaned at that joke.  But, I love my pirate jokes.

When was the last time you tried a Bed and Breakfast?
